How mad does this loss make everyone? Because I'm mad as hell at really everyone except for McLemore.
Wow. what game were you watching????
Even Releford knew that Johnson sold out!! That was the worst year of a sr. player i have ever seen. Take away the ISU game there, Johnson hasnt done anything all year!! Johnson shaved points off this game, no doubt....Horrible!!
seniors. awesome career. came up short. michigan caught fire. you needed to make a play and didn't. it happens. such is sport. don't let it define you. you guys had a great year. thank you for all the memories.
wish we would have developed some guard depth this year. we may have sacrificed a few wins in the process and probably our one seed but I think it could have helped us in this game and starting next year.
put the best product peaking at the best time on the court at the end of the year.
a little help from the refs, a little help from the gods and a little macho in the players at the biggest time
not what we were hoping for
This hurts, but the guys had a GREAT YEAR. Terrible last possession, but then it should have never come down to that last possession. WE were way TOO comfortable up 14, and then guard play just disappeared. Hats off to Michigan and Trey Burke, but they'll have their hands full with Louisville.
For the last four minutes of regulation the ball was in the wrong hands. Releford and Tharpe played their butts off only to have Elijah make four turnovers that let Michigan back in. Had Tharpe or Releford been point guard stupid mistakes of not getting the ball across mid court and passes that almost seemed deliberately passed backwards to hands of the wolverines for fast break dunks would not have happenend. Trey Burke was amazing down the stretch but had we taken care of the ball we win by 6.
This I totally agree with. However I do think giving the ball to Tharpe instead of McLemore to shoot those threes was a mistake. He has been clutch in those situations and had heated up down the stretch.
