Great interview Tyshawn. Tough loss but you will bounce back. Keep your head up TRob! You're still the man!
In 20 games, Johnson has attempted just 17 free-throws and Teahan has attempted just 21. They are both better than 75% at the line. They should be fighting to get to the line - easy points. But, they just will not drive the ball, take charges, or go for an offensive rebound. They simply want to stand still on the perimeter and jack 3 point jump shots. Johnson has only made 32 of 111 attempts .228%. Connor has made 32 of 88 (.364%). And, their turnover to assist ratios are just as pitiful. Teahan is 6-6, he has the physical tools to drive to the hole and to attack the offensive boards. But, I doubt that he will get more than a handful of offensive rebounds this entire season. And, Johnson won't take a single charge - ever.
Dear KU players..watch this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EhnRtg... You dont have to be quicker than someone, you can pass faster than your opponent can move.
EJ and Teahan, drive and dish. Fake shot and pass, pass and cut..
