    I am so impressed with Charlie. He's a straight talker and down to earth man like we need. I think discipline will be paramount to the team and his leadership will inspire academic success. His approach seems to be more focused than any football coach we have had ever. He has assessed the strengths/weaknesses/needs and recruits for each of those areas. I predict we will be bowl eligible next season and a contender the following year.
