You are without a doubt(with appoligies to Phog) the best coach KU has ever had!

Nice interview...exciting game...I'm not sure if KU and MU will both with two games to face off again, in the tournament things happen, and again most likely they will have to play KSU and that hasn't been good for them.. I guess there is an outside chance that MU could lose their last two games, which could get them to the 4-5 slot, but i find that highly unlikely.

We are so blessed to have a guy like Coach Self who is more than a great coach but a great example for our school and the players. It takes a great coach and motivator to help players believe in "never giving up."

No matter who leaves or comes in, expectations remain the same for Jayhawk Basketball. This squad and coaching/training staff have certainly achieved to a level of high expectations, to date. Eight consecutive league titles. Wow! Yeah, as one contentious poster is fond of reprimanding those who lavish praises on our current head coach, Bill Self ain't God. But the man and those whom he has gathered around him certainly walk tall among the most prominent of hoops gurus in Division One NCAA Basketball. Congratulations to this 2011-12 squad and all those who have helped them win this Big 12 title. What a joyful Jayhawk Nation tonight!
