Alan Trimble, Jenks High Coach, Tulsa, Okl. was required to resign due to unfortunate circumstances. If he came to K.U. he might be able to help recruit some Jenks and other Tulsa players to K.U. over the next two or three years. Some first class players down here.

Yes, the offense was fantastic. Historic. Yes, the defense needs to toughen up. It wasn't pretty at all. Glad they made the stop at the end. Correct them on the practice field. RCJ.

NOBODY is asking the tough question - "Why oh why didn't you go for it on 4th and 2 at the end of the game, giving their offense a chance to win it against our crappy-playing defense?" THAT was almost the worst decision MM has ever made.
