Gotta say Reesing is such a stud. Answered a lot of tough questions there and does so in such a smooth, articulate manner. He is wise beyond his years.
This team has endured a lot of tough challenges and not gotten any of the breaks we needed this year, but you have to love guys like Reesing. He has battled his tail off and shows no signs of any let down.
Hope everything works out best for the KU program no matter what happens. Rock Chalk! Let's shock the world and stun Texas!
DANCING around the issues/questions. Not that he should do anything else as a team leader, but read between the lines. "It has nothing to do with Texas" "it's nothing for me to comment about" etc. etc. He's not denying ANYTHING about Mangino; just not talking about it. Trying to get the conversation about the Texas game and away from any turmoil. Very diplomatic of him.
Many programs have problems and run into losing stretches. However, there is usually not an investigation like the one at KU. Something is up or they would not be doing an investigation. I hope I am wrong. This is not what this team needs now with a 5 game losing streak and your biggest rival in two weeks. Maybe, just maybe--this will unite the players and the Hawks can surprise the horns and the university of misery.
Todd is so well spoken and a great leader for this team. He has his head on straight. Not only can he play football, but he is a double major in Finance and Econ. I even heard he is a Teaching Assistant for Finance. He will do well after KU, not matter what he decides to do.
