Wow this is the most lazy and sloppy team I have seen in years. Not only were they lazy today but they were just as bad last night.! They play absolutely NO defense! Hey Self how about putting Wilson back on suspension until, say the end of next year! He is 2-7 for three points and seems to be taking lessons from Doke! So far his only plus is he does increase the speed of bring the ball up. Now lets talk about Mack. He was 1-6 (typical outing for him) for 3 points and 3 rebounds...yes 3 rebounds for a guy that is 6-10 and the tallest guy on the court! He cost us the game with his charge (though that was the most energy he expended during the game!) Self how could you let this guy touch the ball on the most important possesion of the game.?Mack needs to seat so far down the bench that he can also sub for a food vendor! Stop running the offense through this guy! Though Agbaji did score 21 points most for his production was due to someone feeding him the ball. He was not very assertive for long periods of time just like last year especially for the potential All American everyone says he can be. He was also horrible at the line with a 3-7 showing. only 2 rebounds no assists and 2-6 from 3 points. In fact we shot only 21% from 3 points range on a team that was suppose by Self's comment be a good shooting team! Heck that is worse than last years team! Bill not sure your idea of running 2 point guards is paying off as well as you thought. Harris is adding nothing to scoring (just like Garrent), he scored 2 points with 2 assist, no rebounds in 28 unproductive minutes! Well I guess you do need to have someone dribble around the arc and pass to someone else! The only guy that played hard today was Brau.n. He was 8-12 for 17 points 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals and hustled all game. Finally Self when are you going to let Remy Martin be Remy Martin. No matter what he does he can not be as bad as Wilson and Mack! Let hope this game is just one of those times when everyone just had an off day but if you combined this game with the North Texas game and to some extent the Stony Brooke game I am not sure it was an Outlier. Self it is now time to set a large bonfire built under a bunch of KU players butt!s!
