Zach Linquist, a senior power forward for Perry-Lecompton High, learned that he had leukemia on Oct. 2, 2013. In talking about the show of support from those around him, Linquist said, "It's unbelievable. My team, my community and my family have been the ones helping me through this and giving me strength."
