KU baseball, softball tweak weekend schedules vs. Baylor

By J-W Staff Report     Mar 29, 2019

Dark skies and rainy weather inspired both the KU baseball and softball programs to tweak their weekend schedules on Friday.

Both programs will play host to Big 12 foe Baylor during the coming days, but instead of starting the two series on Friday, as originally planned, the Jayhawks elected to back things up a day.

KU baseball will host a doubleheader with the Bears on Saturday, beginning at 2 p.m., at Hoglund Ballpark, and will play the series finale at 1 p.m. Sunday.

All three baseball games can be watched on ESPN+ or listened to on the Jayhawk Radio Network.

The KU softball program will play Baylor at 2 p.m. Saturday and then will wrap up the series with a doubleheader on Sunday starting at 11 a.m.

Saturday is Alumni Day at Arrocha Ballpark and Sunday will feature both the Jayhawks for a Cure game (11 a.m.) and Superhero Day (1:30 p.m.).
