Daniel Wise projects as late-round NFL draft pick this weekend

KU track claims two meet records at National Relay Championships

Kansas track & field saw success on the first day of action at the National Relay Championships in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with junior Bryce Hoppel recording a facility record and meet record in the 800-meter run, and freshman Zach Bradford earning a meet record in the pole vault. Along with the two meet records, 21 personal-bests were set by the Jayhawks on Friday-a number of which altered the KU all-time top-10 charts.

KU baseball wins season opener at Furman

Behind a pair of four-run innings, the Kansas baseball team recorded an 11-7 win at Furman in the season opener Friday night at Latham Stadium.

KU softball drops 3-0 decision to No. 11 Texas

Despite another strong pitching performance by Brynn Minor and sound defense, Kansas dropped the series opening game to No. 11 Texas, 3-0, at Arrocha Ballpark.
