KU women crushed by K-State, 91-67

Allowing at least 20 points in each quarter, the Kansas women’s basketball team was drubbed, 91-67, against Kansas State on Saturday at Bramlage Coliseum.

Kylee Kopatich scored 17 points for the Jayhawks, but KU trailed by double digits for nearly the entire second half. K-State (14-14, 6-11 in Big 12) shot 57 percent from the field while Kayla Goth produced 21 points and 12 assists. Peyton Williams added another 21 points.

The Jayhawks (12-16, 3-14) will play host to Iowa State in their regular season finale at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Allen Fieldhouse.
