KU baseball trips Missouri State

Pinch-hitter Marcus Wheeler singled home two runs in the sixth inning to put Kansas ahead to stay, and the Jayhawks’ baseball team defeated Missouri State, 8-5, on Tuesday night at Hoglund Ballpark.

Matt McLaughlin homered and doubled for KU (23-22).
