KU baseball falls to Minnesota

A two-run, fourth-inning single by Owen Taylor were the only runs for Kansas’ baseball team in a 5-2 loss to Minnesota on Tuesday night at Hoglund Ballpark.

Minnesota took a 3-0 lead in the second and added two more runs in the sixth to improve to 15-8. KU fell to 10-14.

KU and Minnesota will wrap up the two-game series at 1:30 p.m. today at Hoglund Ballpark.
