KU volleyball inks Texas prep

By Staff Reports     Apr 16, 2016

Zoe Hill, a middle blocker from Houston Glenda Dawson High, has signed a national letter of intent with Kansas University volleyball.

Hill, 5-foot-11, is a member of the 2015 adidas All-American Watch List and was a three-time All-District and 2015 all-state performer at Dawson High.

“Zoe has the ability to make an immediate impact for us next year because her athleticism is a great match for our fast-paced tempo,” KU coach Ray Bechard said. “She has the quickness and the bounce to be successful in the system that we are going to run.”

Hill joins defensive specialist Allie Nelson (Chicago) and outside hitter Jada Burse (DeSoto, Texas) to complete KU’s 2016 recruiting class.
