Kansas University’s rowing team has added nine signees, coach Rob Catloth announced Thursday.
The 2015-16 commitments: Brittany Cost (Olathe), Meghan Dwyer (Shawnee), Rylee Goodson (Overland Park), Jessica Kirchner (Shawnee), Victoria Snitsar (Sunnyvale, California), Lilly Stewart (Tecumseh), Kayla Stubblefield (San Jose, California), Michaela Theis (Kingman) and Paige Young (Liberal).
“We’re extremely excited about this group,” Catloth said. “We have a pretty good freshman group coming in with some athleticism, a few experienced coxswains and rowers. We feel this is a start to another strong freshman class to follow up the one we had this year, which exceeded our expectations. We really believe this class has that same amount of potential.”

Good athlete.
