? Kansas University senior women’s golfer Minami Levonowich shot a team-best 2-over 74 Monday during the second round of the Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate as the Jayhawks moved to a tie for 10th place in the team race.

At 151, Levonowich is tied for 20th.

“We were able to hold our position today even though we gave too many shots away on the greens.” Kansas coach Erin O’Neil said. “Tomorrow will be a good opportunity to take advantage of the weather conditions since the forecast is for cold temps and rain, and hopefully we can capitalize on that to move up the leaderboard a few spots. Minami played very well today in tough conditions and did a great job of leading the way for us.”

LSU leads the team race at 588. Kansas is tied with Central Florida at 615.

The tournament will conclude with 18 holes today.
