C'mon Gals and Girls..Allen Fieldhouse is legendary..the LadyHawks are good...and it's free!! I'm betting my three nieces and sister-in-law who live in Lawrence will be there.

BESIDES, IT'S NOT EVERY NIGHT YOU GET TO SEE AN ANGEL!!!!!!!!

Can I get a refund? Oops I forgot the game was free. What is it going to take for this coach to begin to make some changes in her lineup, and her rotations? The current starters are just not doing it for me. How do you go 7-8 minutes and not score and not even one substitution is made (That is ridiculous). Much as we want to believe that the big lineup of Garner and Davis is working, it isn't. Carolyn is in the way of Chelsea and does not get enough rebounds to reward her with so many minutes (All American Candidate or not). Lets not get on the subject of Monica and Natalie often dribbling for 28 seconds of the shot clock and then causing Angel to throw up junk on the last second of the shot clock (just not smart basketball). I often wonder if they are also told to not foul, as the opposing teams guards seem to fly by them and they don't come within 10 feet of them. Why did CeCe (one of the team best defenders)only see 2 or so minutes in the first half an dlooked as if she was told to not shoot and just pass the ball to the other starters? There is no consistency in this team and the rotations seem to have no rhyme or reason. Asia came in the game and made one turnover and never saw the floor again...WHY? Monica is a Senior and turns the ball over and over and over again (often in crucial times, like the Tech Game). Loyalty to the Seniors and upperclassmen must go, unless warranted, or the Coach should graduate with them. If this team does not rally now, and rally hard, there is no way they will get into the NCAA Tournament this season. Maybe someone should pull the film and find out what made that team click and make some changes before it is too late.
