Kansas University junior Natalia Bartnovskaya broke her own school women’s pole vault record Friday in the Tyson Invitational Friday in Fayetteville, Ark. Bartnovskaya claimed her fifth consecutive pole vault win with her mark of 14-6 1/4.
Kyle Clemons, competing in his first 400 meters of the year, ran a 46.85 to win his heat by nearly a second and eventually claim the overall victory.
At the Iowa State Classic in Ames, Iowa, junior Alex Hermes recorded career bests in two events. He ran the 60 meters in 7.15 to finish 34th and the 200 meters in 22.46 to place 26th.

Congrads. Good Report. I am too far away, to attend these events....as are many in the Jayhawk Nation. Is there anyone traveling with the team that could get some video and have it posted here. It would be of great interest, as many of the events only last a minute or less, and you could give the athlete a chance to comment, in the background of the video, as they review it.

Not sure but Jeff Buckingham cleared at least 18' 10" as a Jayhawk which was the best by a Jayhawk pole vaulter.
