New York Kansas University’s Andrea Geubelle and Natalia Barntovskaya each set school track-and-field records Friday at the Armory Collegiate Invitational.
Geubelle won the long jump with a school- and event-record leap of 6.69 meters (21 feet, 111⁄2 inches). It’s the best collegiate jump in the nation and sixth-best in the world this season.
Bartnovskaya won her fourth straight pole-vault title by clearing 4.30 meters (14-11⁄4).
KU’s Kyle Clemons was second in the 500 in a school-record 1:01.32, and Anastasiya Muchkayev was second in women’s shot put (16.15 meters/53-0).

Andrea's distance or event seems wrong. Is 21' a good LONG jump. A triple should be in the 40' range.
