Kansas University freshman Liana Salazar will compete for Colombia in the 2012 Olympics in London, it was announced Wednesday. The 5-foot-3 Bogota, Colombia native will depart Lawrence on May 8 and spend the next two months training in Colombia. Colombia will face USA in its first match, scheduled for July 28.
