Selby's agent and 'advisors' should all be fired. It's partially his fault.

Selby had it in his head all along that he was a OAD player. But even the thought of making just $50,000 a year (which has to be close to D-league pay) would entice some to leave college early.
I'm not saying his decision wasn't dumb, because it was. I'm just saying that his ego got in the way of possibly maturing under HCBS for another year and becoming a 1st rounder.

Except for he actually make $550,000/yr now.... Not exactly a salary you can thumb your nose at. He did what he thought was best for himself and his family. We don't know his whole situation. I do know he was from a very rough, poor neighborhood. Get out while you can I guess. He should have stayed another year but you can't blame him.

You don't blame him, I don't blame him. But that is a far cry from saying no one can blame him. He didn't declare for any reason but his own belief he was ready, and we may argue that wasn't so, but it was his decision to make and to live with.

It's ALL his fault.

Almost looks like Marcus and Markieff had their stat lines switched. Glad to see Marcus get some minutes

and nice to see T-Rob with a good stat line too

Seems like the twins can't be productive at the same time. Marcus looked good last night, as did the whole Rockets team. He did miss a dunk, but he got fouled and made his FTs. Nice to see T Rob with 9 boards. I think that's a career high. Selby looked good in the Summer League.

In the League it is about match ups a great deal of the time dictating minutes. With that said, I think it is a matter of time Marcus's talent comes to the fore and he becomes a full time player, if not at Houston, then somewhere.
