With Mario Chalmers [happily] and the Heat likely [sadly enough] having a NBA Championship coming, is it possible you could list Jayhawk NBA players who have won Championships. Wilt, Jo Jo, Paul, Bill Bridges, quickly come to mind but I am sure there are many others.
Wayne Simien won one with the Heat.
True but because of injuries, he was not on the active roster.
He still got his ring.
Wayne would have been a solid NBA player if not for his injuries imo.
That's all I would need...I remember that he got the ring because he donated it to KU.
Didn't Jacque get at least one with the Spurs?
Clyde Lovellette won 2, one with the Celtics & one with the St. Louis Hawks. Clyde is of the very few that won an NCAA Title, an Olympic Gold Medal, & a NBA title.
I think Bill Russell and Oscar Robertson were also.. Did Bill Walton play in the Olympics?
Scot Pollard was on the bench with the 08 Celtics.
WIth all the star power on the Heat, its fun to watch Mario hit big 3's late in the games.
Now where have I seen that before??........Anyone? Anyone? Cal? Cal? Derrick? Derrick?
