The Kansas University women's basketball team will play 19 teams that advanced to the postseason last year in its 2011-12 schedule, which was released Tuesday.

The Jayhawks will play 19 of their 30 games at Allen Fieldhouse, which includes the regular-season opener against Western Michigan on Nov. 13.

KU will play just two non-conference road games: at Wake Forest on Nov. 20 and at Alabama on Dec. 4.

The Jayhawks also will face Creighton, Lamar and Oral Roberts at home — three teams that appeared in the WNIT last season.

KU opens the 18-game conference schedule at Texas on Jan. 4. The Jayhawks host Kansas State on Jan. 7 and Missouri on Feb. 18.

This comment section pretty much says it all, Zenger.

Empty.

This will once against be the usual 10 wins in non-conference with 6-7 conference wins landing KU on the WNIT bubble season. Enjoy your swan song season here Bonnie because we the fans sure won't be paying much attention this season.
