KU volleyball sweeps Oklahoma

? Three Kansas University volleyball players collected double-digit kills, KU hit a .343 attack percentage and the Jayhawks swept Oklahoma (25-21, 25-21, 25-16) in the regular-season finale for both teams on Saturday.

It was KU’s first victory in Norman since 2005.

Kansas senior Jenna Kaiser led all players with 14 kills. She made no errors in 27 attempts for a .519 hitting percentage. Red-shirt freshman Caroline Jarmoc added 10 kills and hit a team-high .692. Senior Karina Garlington contributed 13 kills.

The Jayhawks committed just seven offensive errors for the match.

The victory marked the second conference road triumph for the Jayhawks (17-14 overall, 8-12 Big 12) this season. The Sooners fell to 21-10, 13-7.

Kansas will learn if it advanced to the NCAA Tournament in today’s selection show, which takes place at 2 p.m.
