Kansas freshman forward Thomas Robinson will sit out KU's game against Iowa State on Saturday because of a concussion suffered in Thursday's practice, KU officials confirmed before the game.

Robinson, who has played in 23 games for KU this season, is averaging 3.1 points and 3.2 rebounds per contest.

They must really be having some intense practices. That's good, as long as we don't keep losing players. Poor CJ had just finally gotten well before he blasted his tail bone. It doesn't sound like Robinson's concussion was of the serious nature.

I just hope HCBS doesn't decide to punish him by sticking him a closet, it is not an effective means of treating concussions, just ask Mike Leach.
