Nebraska City, Neb. — Nate Barbee carded an even-par 72 and the Kansas University men’s golf team placed third on Tuesday at the Fairway Club Invitational.

Barbee placed fifth individually. He was joined in the top 10 by senior Bryan Hackenberg (tied for eighth) and freshman Alex Gutesha (tied for 10th).

It was the sixth top-10 finish of Barbee’s career.

Drake won the event by three strokes over Nebraska.
