Twenty-one contests versus NCAA Tournament teams from a year ago highlight the Kansas University softball team’s 2010 schedule, revealed Thursday by first-year head coach Megan Smith.
The Jayhawks’ 55-game slate includes 16 contests at Arrocha Ballpark.
KU opens its season Feb. 12-14 with five contests at the Marriot Hobby Invite hosted by the University of Houston. Kansas will face Houston and Sam Houston State, as well as 2009 NCAA Tournament participants Louisville and Ohio State.
