Kansas University junior Kate Goff and sophomore Alessandra Dzuba recorded a doubles victory over Iowa State on Sunday to conclude Day Three of the Jayhawk Invitational at First Serve Tennis center.
Goff and Dzuba tallied their first win of the season as a doubles team, defeating Ellie Nixon and Chelsea Loprinzi in the third round.
In singles, Goff, Dzuba and junior Maria Martinez all fell in the consolation round.
The Jayhawk Invitational concluded the fall tennis season. The Jayhawks will open their spring season on Jan. 30 at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
