KU sophomore Allison Mayfield shared the team-lead with 12 digs, along with junior Melissa Manda. Mayfield added a team-best 13 kills for her fourth double-double of the season and fifth-straight match of 10-plus kills.

Nicole Tate had 28 assists and 11 digs to record her sixth double double for Kansas.

Senior Katie Martincich contributed 11 digs as the Jayhawks out-dug NU (11-4 overall, 4-2 Big 12), 55-46. It marked the first time this season KU (9-6, 2-4) lost a match when out-digging its opponent.

Another Big XII tussle and another sweep for the opposition. This has to be Coach Becherd's last season!

you can't judge KU VB with NU. they're at the top echelon.

we'll see how we do with MU at home and KSU. that's a better judgment.

Well first its Bechard not Becherd. Second of all, NU is probably the best program all time. Alot of teams dont score 20 on them let alone 20 in three straight sets. Third, you really want to fire the winningest coach in KU Volleyball history in the middle of rebuilding the program? hmmm, you're a real genius, im suprised you're not on Lew's staff to be honest. Maybe we can can Mangino too for only making the Insight Bowl and not a real bowl game. Self is kinda toeing the line too, dont ya think?
