I know that cross country isn't the most popular sport to cover for readers, but the women's team is currently ranked higher than any other sport at KU. The women's soccer team has had quite a bit of coverage and they have been in and out of the top 25. There was a column about the new CC coach, but I'm sure there could be some sort of feature out there about one of the girls on the team or something. Just a thought.

I actually did Cross Country in High School and I know what it feels like... nobody cared about how the Cross Country team did... it was always about the Volleyball (our football sucked) and it amazes me that the Cross Country team is doing so well this year... I just wish I could of watched them run when they were at home...
Good Luck team!
