Austin, Texas — Texas sophomore Kylie Doniak’s successful penalty kick in the 78th minute broke a 1-all tie and gave the Longhorns a 2-1 Big 12 soccer victory over No. 19 Kansas University on Sunday at Mike A. Myers Stadium.

The Jayhawks fell to 8-4-1 overall and 0-3 in the Big 12. Texas improved to 5-5-2 overall and 2-0-2 in the conference.
