Tigers name coordinator

— Missouri linebackers coach Dave Steckel has been promoted to defensive coordinator, replacing the departed Matt Eberflus. The promotion came Tuesday. Steckel has been head coach Gary Pinkel’s linebackers coach all eight seasons at Missouri. Eberflus, the defensive coordinator the past eight seasons, took a job as an assistant coach with the NFL’s Cleveland Browns last month.

Pinkel has had to replace both coordinators during the offseason, promoting from within in both cases. Dave Yost was named offensive coordinator to replace Dave Christensen, who was hired as Wyoming head coach.

another Methzoo story posted and still no story about the recent surprise commit JUCO linebacker? It happened two days ago, LJW! Step it up!

It's ASSOCIATED PRESS, not the LJ-World who wrote the story.

Get that through your thick skull.

The LJW chose to post the article on the page, dipsh!t. Regardless of who wrote it, they deemed a story about mizzou more important than a new player committing to play for KU. That's garbage. Get THAT through YOUR thick skull, prick.

I see the recruit story on the website right now...Maybe you're just blind.

maybe you're just a jackass. it wasn't on there earlier today when i first commented. considering the commit was first reported by Rivals two fvcking days ago, i would expect an article ABOUT KU to pre-empt an article about a rival team. jackass.
