KU has the most to offer any big man in the country. We have a great head coach, and then there is Danny Manning to help the bigs, and KU plays a competitive schedule in a competitive conference that plays physical basketball.

There is a local bike ride affectionately (massochistically speaking) referred to as the House of Pain. He'd need to play pretty good before it'd be reasonable to refer to the Fieldhouse that way.

I havent heard of Payne setting up any other in home visits besides KU yet so this is a very telling sign...I have not heard anything real definitive about him other than there is a really good chance we could get him which will help us out in recruiting guards like Deron Lamb because they will know that they have a talented big to get the ball to...KU really needs a big man out of this recruiting class and I think Payne is going to be the man.

Regarding constellation names (and in a more reverent vein): Adreian is supposed to have jumps and he's big and fast. There's always Pegasus Payne. Pegasus means Winged Horse. Horses are big and fast. And with wings they are excellent jumpers. :-)
