We have a top thirty recruiting class coming in next season.
Any stat people out there able to confirm, is that our highest rated football class by rivals.com ever?
Mangino can win with less. Stoopes and Brown can choke with more.
If Mangino had their talent, we would be BCS every year, and playing for title games. Book it!

I was thinking the exact same thing while watching the draft. Most of the guys from our Orange Bowl team have not gotten much of a sniff from the NFL so far. We had the greatest season in Kansas history without an NFL caliber lineup. Mangino knows how to squeeze the juice out of an orange, doesn't he?!
When are these studs going to stop committing to these underachieving hacks and come play for a real coach. I put some of the blame on the historical lack of respect for the football team by so many so called Jayhawks fans and its media. Why would a 5 star want to come play in front of 30,000 fans or 50,000 that dwindles to 10,000 by the fourth quarter because they can't wait to satify their lush alcohol problem? If you need to drink that badly, bring it in with you like the kids do.

I also suggest we take the students out of that section, and put them on the south end. Sell those NE seats as reserves or family zone. I still see them as less likely to leave. If you put the students on the open end, its less notable when they all leave for their half time binge. Most of them never even make it back into the game.

And by south end, I mean that place where they put that circus setup masquerading as luxury seats. The video board is already blocking your precious view, so put stands there and pack it in with loud, drunk, obnoxious students.
