Kansas University sophomore offensive lineman Ben Lueken was released from KU Hospital Thursday afternoon, KU Hospital spokesman Dennis Minich said.
Lueken was hospitalized Sunday, first at Lawrence Memorial Hospital and then transferred to to KU Hospital, after being struck by a vehicle outside of Jayhawker Towers Sunday morning.
KU Public Safety Office continues the investigation into that incident.

In spite of all the criticism of the LJW, most of which I believe is unwarranted, the blogger who reported Lueken on his deathbed is the reason we need newspapers. The internet may be the most expansive source of information on the planet but it is also the biggest source of misinformation.
