Martin, Tenn. Baker University opened its football season Saturday with a 56-0 loss to Tennessee-Martin.
Tennessee-Martin led 14-0 at the end of the first quarter and 35-0 at halftime.
The Wildcats will be back in action at 1 p.m. Saturday at Culver-Stockton. Their home opener is 6 p.m. Sept. 20 against Lindenwood.
Tennessee-Martin evened its record at 1-1. The Skyhawks opened their season last week with a 56-7 loss to South Florida.
