Auburn, Ala. Kansas University's women's golf team finished its fall season with a 14th-place finish Sunday.
Sophomore Meghna Bal led the Jayhawks with a 12th-place finish with a 224 at the three-day tournament at the Auburn University Club at Yarbrough Farms.
Junior Emily Powers finished three shots behind Bal (73-78-76-227) to place 21st. Rounding out the lineup for the Jayhawks were sophomore Grace Thiry (79-79-82-240, tied for 72nd) and juniors Meghan Gockel (83-76-83-242, tied for 79th ) and Jennifer Clark (82-85-82-249, 85th).
No. 3 ranked Arizona State (300-284-285-869) claimed the team title. KU shot 931.
