Florida player arrested

GAINESVILLE, FLA. — University of Florida football player Jamar Hornsby was arrested Friday in Alachua County for allegedly using the credit card of a person who has been dead for almost seven months.

Florida coach Urban Meyer officially released Hornsby from the team.
