Columbia, Mo. Kansas University lost the doubles point, rebounded to take the first three matches in singles, but ultimately fell to Missouri, 4-3, in a Big 12 Conferent tennis dual on Sunday.
KU fell to 5-7 overall, 1-2 Big 12, while MU improved to 9-6 and 1-2.
KU got a victory from its No. 2 doubles tandem of senior Lauren Hommell and sophomore Kunugunda Dorn, but fell in the No. 1 and No. 3 matches to surrender the point.
Kansas stormed back early in singles action, winning the first three matches to be completed to go up 3-1.
Missouri, though, took the remaining three singles matches to win the dual.
