Kona, Hawaii Brad Hopfinger recorded his fourth top-30 finish of his freshman year as the Kansas University's men's golf team finished tied for 14th Friday at the Hawaii-Hilo Invitational at the Waikoloa Village Golf Course in Kona, Hawaii. Hopfinger shot a 66-74-70-210 and finished tied for 26th place.
Other KU scores: Bobby Knowles, tied for 57th, 216; Nate Barbee, tied for 68th, 217; Walt Koelbel, tied for 83rd, 221; and Zach Pederson, 91st, 227.
