Gambier, Ohio — The Kansas University swimming and diving team found itself in fifth place with 65 points after day one of the Kenyon Invitational on Thursday. Pennsylvania leads the competition with 131 points.
KU's top 800 freestyle relay team opened the evening competition with a first place finish, but the Jayhawks faltered in the 1,650 freestyle.
