Former Kansas University wide receiver Marcus Henry became the fourth Jayhawk selected in the NFL Draft, when he was picked up in the sixth round by the New York Jets on Sunday.

Henry was the fifth pick of the sixth round and went 171st overall. His stock skyrocketed after breaking out in 2007, when he caught 54 balls for 1,014 yards and 10 touchdowns for the 12-1 Jayhawks.

Henry is 6-foot-4 with a long wingspan and good speed, making him a promising NFL prospect.

Kansas now has four draft picks in the first six rounds - none of which were rated higher than two stars by Rivals.com coming out of high school.

this is great that so many Jayhawks are finding a home in the NFL. Great jobs guys. We'll be rooting for you.

hopefully someone picks up McAnderson and McClinton before the day is over. Be it in the 7th round or free agency...

If the Chefs are smart, they'll pick up B Mac in free agency ... but no one ever accused them of being smart!

Why in the hell didnt KC pick up Marcus Henry?? Somebody tell me if I am crazy, but the WR's that they drafted dont hold a candle to his size and potential!!
