Columbia, Mo. Missouri swept the Kansas University softball team, 7-2 and 6-5, on Wednesday despite two home runs from KU's Amanda Jobe in the nightcap.
Missouri used a walk-off RBI double in the bottom of the eighth inning to complete the sweep.
Dougie McCaulley connected for a team-high three hits in the doubleheader, while Jobe and Liz Kocon also had multiple hits with two base hits and three RBIs apiece on the day.
The Jayhawks will return to the diamond this weekend when they travel to College Station, Texas, to take on No. 4 Texas A&M. Games are slated for 2 p.m. Saturday and noon Sunday.
