Tulsa, Okla. — Kansas University junior Yuliana Svistun continued her fast start to the season Wednesday, winning two qualifying singles matches to advance to the main draw of the ITA Central Region Championships.

Junior Edina Horvath and freshman Maria Martinez each moved within one win of advancing, but both fell in their second match of the day.

The singles draw begins today, as Svistun joins Kunigunda Dorn in representing KU.
