15 seconds of ... gloating
Temperatures in the 70s, no humidity to speak of and, well, several hundred Jayhawks willing to rub it in a bit for the folks back home.
San Jose, Calif. No complaints here.

Yeah it is spring everywhere but it is like this all winter here. Except for the rain - which just means snow in the Sierra and boarding. LOVE KS, but it isn't so bad living in the Bay Area. P.S. Going to the game and try to neutralize all those UCLA fans. Watched the msg boards during the SIU game and many of the regular posters were screaming where are the fans? where are the fans? uh....posting on msg boards during the game????? No complaints allowed - SW has cheap tickets and buddy up and rent a van. I drove 14 hours straight in 1981 to New Orleans, slept on couches, only to watch us fall to the Shockers at the buzzer....ugh. Walked out of the Superdome, got in the 79 Honda Civic and drove straight back to Lawrence. Still glad I did. go hawks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
