Does anyone know more about this KC ProAm? The website is a bit lacking.
I appears that games started last night, but there are no scoring/standings updates, and one of the teams that was scheduled to play last night doesn't have a roster released.
Also, I don't see any information about cost to attend.

Here's a little more on what went on last night.

As for the KC ProAm website... they're going to have to fix that (lack of information) if they are interested in getting more people down to the games.

There is no cost to attend the games.
NCAA rules mandate that for a summer league to be approved by them (and thus allow college players to play) it has to be free admission so no one else will make money on their gravy train.

How many bets on whether that team wins it all?

There are 3 or 4 teams in this league loaded with NBA or high level college talent. I wouldn't bet on any one team, especially since there is no guarantee that every player will play every night (see the linked article).

Some pretty good highlights but doesn't really introduce anything new regarding what we die-hard KU fans already know.

Tyrell Reed will be #14? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the last guy to wear #14 was Kevin Pritchard, the point guard for - you guessed it - our '88 champs! An omen perhaps?

I know you may like Tyrel, but the comparison to Pritchard is a little early. Let him at least make it through conditioning before we anoint him point guard of a national champion.
Just poking a little fun at your enthusiasm. Number assignements are always interesting. Getting 45 doesn't make Aldrich the second coming of Raef Lafrentz, nor does it make Conner Teahan a career scrub because I can't remember the last time any KU player got significant time wearing #2.
Like my old coach used to tell me. Play so that people will remember that number for what you did with it.

That was a nice highlight reel JayCeph.
Closing comment, ..."needs to work on his jumper and make better decisions"...
I think that's why they go to college.
