KU women’s golf in seventh at Chrysler

Kansas University's women's golf team was in seventh place after Sunday's second round of the Chrysler Challenge.

KU shot 323-328-651.

Host Florida State leads the 10-team field with a 601 and is followed by North Carolina (621) at the par-71, 6,095-yard Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

KU's scores: Camilla Svensson, tied for 23rd, 77-83-160; Amanda Costner, tied for 30th, 79-84-163; Emily Powers, tied for 39th, 81-81-166; and Annie Giangrosso (86-81) and Meghan Gockel (87-80), tied for 44th at 167.
