Kansas volleyball falls to Texas Tech

LUBBOCK, TEX. Three Kansas University players had double-digit kills, but the Jayhawks fell to Texas Tech, 30-26, 30-25, 22-30, 30-25, Wednesday at United Spirit Arena.
KU fell to 8-6 overall, 1-4 in the Big 12 Conference. Tech improved to 8-6, 1-4.
Jana Correa led the Jayhawks with 21 kills (.375 hitting efficiency) and 15 digs. Savannah Noyes added 13 kills, and Emily Brown had 10 kills and seven digs in the effort. Brittany Williams rounded out the top KU hitters with nine kills and had a team-best five blocks.
Dani Wittman contributed a season-high 12 digs.
KU will play host to Iowa State on Saturday.
