WINSTON SALEM, N.C. The Kansas University tennis team will send Yuliana Svistun to the championship match of a singles bracket at the Deacon Classic.
Svistun opened Saturday by defeating Indiana's Erin Clark before beating Syracuse's Carolina Huignard. Svistun will face Wake Forest's Jenna Loeb in the title contest today.
In doubles, KU's tandem of sophomore Edina Horvath and junior Lauren Hommell took home third place in the Flight B doubles bracket.
