The KU volleyball team knew it wouldn't be going anywhere this December. After three straight bids to the NCAA tournament, Ray Bechard's squad will be sitting this post season out after finishing 10-19 overall and just 3-17 in the Big 12.

How does a team go from 3 years NCAA bound to the worst team in the league? No leadership? Bad coaching?
It makes one wonder if KU can really compete in this sport in spite of the great facility?
